Qualifications:
Working knowledge and experience of charter school operations;
Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong Technology and Math Background.
The applicants must possess a minimum of five years of Math teaching experience.
PA Teaching certification is preferred but not required.

YSCPCS is seeking FLAP Program Director to coordinate, administer, supervise, and evaluate YSCP’s Chinese and Turkish language learning program and administer FLAP grant for July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 time period.
The applicants must possess Master’s Degree in Education, Public Administration or related field. Two years of effective experience in program administration and supervising professional staff, including:
- Prior experience with language acquisition or similar programs serving elementary/middle school students
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Effective budget keeping experience
- Ability to create policies and procedures and to collect and interpret data
